LD Tuttle shoes are hand crafted using the finest leather skins. Each skin is unique: any incidental tonal variation, marks or veins are natural features, and should not be considered as imperfections.

General Care For All Leathers
All products are subject to availability. You will receive an email confirmation at the time that you place your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been sent.
While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock, there may be instances where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and you will be notified by a member of our customer service team.
Orders placed on a weekday before 2pm (EST) will generally begin processing that day. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) will generally begin processing the next business day. All orders have a processing time of one to two business days if the merchandise is in stock. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will generally begin processing on the next business day.

We will make every attempt to accommodate your request, however please note that changes can only be made before your order is processed. Once we have started the shipment process, no changes can be made. Please include your name and order number with any requests.

LD Tuttle is pleased to offer free ground shipping within the USA. LD Tuttle uses FEDEX exclusively for all domestic orders. LD Tuttle offers FEDEX Gound, 2nd day and Next Day delivery for all orders shipped within the United Sates. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. Shipping costs for services other than FEDEX Ground are determined by package weight and shipping destination. To view shipping options and rates for a particular address, please add desired items to your shopping bag and begin the checkout process.
We do not offer Saturday delivery. We do not provide delivery to freight forwarding companies without proof of identification. Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.
Upon shipment, FEDEX Ground can take anywhere from 1 – 7 business days, depending on your proximity to Los Angeles, CA. For time sensitive, guaranteed date delivery, please choose 2nd day or Next day service. Upon shipment, FEDEX 2nd day air packages will arrive by the end of the second business day and FEDEX Next Day air packages will arrive by the end of the next business day. LD Tuttle insures each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them, or at that delivery address is evidence of delivery by LD Tuttle transfer of responsibility in the same way.

For items shipped outside of the United States, you accept the risk of loss and title for that merchandise upon our delivery to the carrier. LD Tuttle wants you to love your purchase. However, if something is not right, please let us know and we will do everything that we can to help.
We will gladly accept returns on all items that have not been worn, altered or washed and have all original tags attached. Please note that Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. All returns must be made within 14 days from date of receipt. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the receipt via email of your Return Authorization Slip.
In the interest of quality, we can only accept shoes for return that are clean and unworn. If you return any items bearing any signs of wear, we will send it back to you at your cost. We ask that you try the shoes on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them.
We consider our box to be an important part of the entire product. For this reason, footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Please wrap your return in protective packaging for shipment. Returning footwear with damaged boxes or without the original shoe box may result in a fee.
ldtuttle.com does not accept returns on any items purchased from any retailer other than ldtuttle.com. We are happy to answer any questions related to LD Tuttle products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits or refunds for any product purchased outside of ldtuttle.com.
STEP 1: Please request authorization to make a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in the email your name, the style and size purchased and the reason for the return.
A Return Authorization Slip must be obtained before returning any items. No refunds or web credits will be given on items returned without a Return Authorization Number.
A prepaid Fedex return label will also be emailed to you along with your Return Authorization slip.
STEP 2: Ship return items to address on Return Authorization Slip using the Fedex prepaid label sent to you. Please drop the box off at any Fedex authorized pick up center.
Make sure to wrap your return in protective packaging for shipment. Returning footwear with damaged boxes or without the original shoe box may result in a fee.
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email.
STEP 3: You will be charged a $10 return processing fee. We kindly ask that you allow 10 days for returns to be processed. Process time may be longer during peak seasons. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable.
LD Tuttle is happy to accept items for exchange subject to terms and conditions above and stock availability. To request an exchange simply follow the return procedure and make a note in our notes fields for the item you wish to exchange for. You may always request store credit in lieu of a refund on your credit card to put toward a future purchase. Exchange shipping is free.
If an item you have purchased is discounted on ldtuttle.com from the regular price within 7 days of purchase, you may email email@example.com to request a price adjustment. Price adjustments can take up to 2 weeks to appear on your statement. Items that receive price adjustments become final sale.
